Jeff Hall seemed destined to become an entrepreneur.
At the age of 7, he sold candy because money meant escaping his life of poverty and neglect.
At the age of 13, he acquired a reputation as a computer nerd at school quite by accident and began working on his school’s computers.
At 15, he began his company, Overflow Cafe, in order to keep from being evicted from his home, and at 17 was lying about his age to get the commercial lease for his first office.
Remarkably, he is still helping new and small businesses become popular online at Overflow Cafe 23 years later along with another 4 successful startups under his belt.

Travis is a serial entrepreneur, major risk taker, business commentator and health & wellness trail blazer.
Known for being the man who has never written a business plan, Travis began his entrepreneurial journey like many entrepreneurs – essentially broke and living out of the space that his business occupied. In this case, it was Result Based Training’s first location in South Melbourne.
Jones’ ‘do what it takes’ mantra and work ethic helped grow Result Based Training into an internationally recognised gym, launching six gyms across three states within the first 24 months. The last five years has seen the growth of Result Based Training from one gym in 2013 to 21 by February, 2018.
His companies include:
- Result Based Training, a specialist body transformation gym in South Melbourne, with revenues in excess of $10million dollars.
- Think Tank Australia, a cutting-edge coaching business that helps guide and coach SME's on how to grow their businesses into successful brands. Started with his wife Liv Jones, it saw $1.5million turnover within its first year.
- Attain Digital Agency, also with Liv, is a digital marketing agency that manages over $1.5million dollars worth of client marketing campaigns.
Apart from their corporate ventures, both Travis and Liv have also gone on to create their passion project, If Not Now Then When, a foundation established to change the lives of children all over the world.

If you are curious what the procedure is, it's removing ear wax.
The micro-suction technique involves inserting a little vacuum cleaner into the ear that sucks the wax out.
<p "It's a dry technique, which is different to the technique people are used to when they go to their GP to have their ears syringed with water, and it has a lower complication rate. It's the preferred method of ENT surgeons, which is where I learnt it.”
Lisa talks about how important this service is for overall health and well being.

Kayla has been working as a skin therapist for the last 5 years and knows the skincare industry inside out. The latest trends are anti-ageing and 'active' skincare, which is great for some skin, but leaves others with reactions and sensitivity. With more and more clients suffering with sensitive skin and symptoms like redness and eczema, Kayla created a natural skincare solution with anti-inflammatories, that repairs and hydrates your skin. Since 2017, Tribe Skincare has helped thousands of Aussie women get their skin in its best health - reducing facial redness, minimising breakouts and saying goodbye to dry patches and eczema.

Mostafa is an accomplished marketing and start-up growth strategist with 9 years experience in accelerating revenue growth and expanding brands' footprints.
He is also a curious, enterprising, and very caring guy. During his interview, you will start to wonder if he doesn't care more about his client's organisation then his own.
This interview is meaningful and honest. I recommend everyone in business, startup or otherwise, listen to this one.

With a small team, he grew the business to a member base ofover 100,000 Australian freelancers and entrepreneurs, before selling to Pinstripe Media at the end of last year.
Back working solo, today Robert pops up regularly at conferences and events; supports individuals in the development of their ventures, and hosts a series of podcasts including: “The Business of Bookkeeping”(for First Class Accounts), “The Flying Solo Podcast”and his own “Mellow Brick Road”a new show that explores creative approaches to business.
His first book, “Flying Solo: How to go it alone in business” was a business bestseller and his latest, “The 1-Minute Commute“was published byPan Macmillan at the end of June.
